Planning a wedding can become overwhelming as you organize details and formulate a vision while sticking to your budget. Between your many responsibilities you may not have time to research or check availability and pricing of vendors. This is where we can step in to lighten your load, taking up the slack of details you don’t have time to complete. We offer both full and partial planning packages, so you can find the service option that works best for you and your budget.

Full Planning

The Full Planning package is for the couple who doesn’t know where to even begin when it comes to planning a wedding. We help you work out a budget based on what is most important to you, and together we craft all your dreams and ideas to create a wedding that looks and feels like you. Then we secure the vendors who align with both. We take care of the research, the scheduling, and all the little details you did not even know existed. You make the decisions without having to wade through the mire of venues, vendors, and vision boards.

Assistance in crafting your vision and design
As many in-person meetings as needed
Communication, advice, and guidance through the planning process based on your needs
Budget formulation and guidance, including helping you manage and stick to it
Vendor recommendation, research, and inquiry, acting as vendor point of contact from the start

Partial Planning

The Partial Planning package is for the couple who has a vision in mind, a set budget, but doesn’t know who they need to create that vision. You need extra help and support through the planning process and vendor recommendations, but you want to handle all the details and communication with vendors yourself.

4-5 in-person meetings, including initial consultation and venue walk through
Advice and guidance through the planning process with regular monthly communication check-ins
Vendor recommendation and basic research
Craft venue floor plan and layout
