Assistant Coordinators
Even though it’s your day, your guests deserve to enjoy it as much as you, and sometimes that means giving them some special attention by bringing in a little extra help for the ceremony and reception. Weddings with guest counts larger than 175 are required to add a second coordinator to their overall package. But if you need specific help or just want added peace of mind, assistant coordinators can be added at any level of guest count.

Want to make the most of your Honeymoon destination? Or just need to figure out where to go? We offer customized travel planning based on your interests. We research your destination, the sights, restaurants, and resorts. Then, we curate a personalized travel list through the Thatch app. We can even make local lists for your out-of-town wedding guests, so they can make the most of their visit to the area.

We can manage all communication with guests and serve as their point of contact. From mailing invitations and receiving RSVPs to answering random questions about directions or dress code, you can point your guests directly to us without being overwhelmed by the noise.
